Prime Construction Group, Inc. has completed many projects for the Orange County Public Works Department. Recently, Rock Springs Road, which consisted of roadwork, storm water, water and wastewater lines, was completed at a cost of 19 million dollars. The project was completed on time, safety standards were met and Prime staff performed in a professional manner.
