PRIME covers 75% of the employee’s health and dental insurance premiums. The 25% that the employee is responsible for qualifies for our Cafeteria Plan 125 which means your premiums will be deducted from your payroll on a pre-tax basis. Dependent coverage is also available. PRIME pays 34% of your dependent premiums during the first three years of employment. After three years of employment, PRIME will increase its participation for your dependents’ health and dental premiums to 67%. Your portion of the dependent premiums is also eligible for pre-tax savings. PRIME offers a basic life insurance policy for the employee at no charge. You may also purchase additional life insurance for yourself or your family at a reasonable rate.
